Meet Cara Lee

As the owner of Access Bookkeeping Services my goal is to provide you with the best service available for your particular situation, whether you need someone to come in and take care of ALL your bookkeeping needs from start to finish, just a portion thereof or to take care of your quarterly payroll reporting needs or if you just need some consulting help so you can learn how to do your own bookkeeping, I look forward to helping you put more time and energy into your business so you have more time and energy on building your business rather than spending your time doing the messy paperwork!
I started in high school with a love of accounting and bookkeeping due to an amazing teacher. She was an encouragement and helped me get my start. I worked for a psychiatric day treatment center for two years as the bookkeeper, while there I learned about QuickBooks and worked with the center's CPA's during our audits and reporting. As the treatment center was closing, I set about looking for a new job which I found with one of the CPA's that I'd worked with through the treatment center. I worked with that CPA firm for six years and learned much about how a CPA firm is run and what they expect when they receive paperwork for their clients tax returns. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the clients and the firm employees.
I left the Oregon Coast and moved to the Wenatchee Valley fourteen years ago, after moving I started working for a CPA firm here in the valley. I once again learned more as the years went by and in the process also learned to how to prepare tax returns from individual returns to corporate returns. I was there for three years before deciding to take the plunge and start my own bookkeeping business. I find it gratifying to know that I am able to help small businesses grow while at the same time being able to grow my own small business by helping others. The things I've learned from both of those CPA firms is invaluable to me, I would not be where I am today if not for them!
Thank you for taking your time to visit my site. Please feel free to call me at 509.293.2099, email me at goabservices@gmail.com or stop by the office at 23 S Wenatchee Ave Suite 214. I look forward to hearing from you!
